Responsible for assisting in inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, inventory audits and adjustments. Will work with senior Material Handlers in training and development in an effort to grow professional skills. Will be required assist inaccurate management of the warehouse function. Gain an understanding of the operation of SAP and Inteserve as it relates to the warehouse role (deliverables, STO).
•Assist in all warehouse duties to pick, pack and store product
•Assist in shipping and receiving supplies and parts to internal and external customers.
•Utilize various material handling equipment to facilitate these tasks.
•Identify parts by the use of proper procedures.
•Maximize all activities as they relate to meeting established goals and make recommendations to the Supervisor / Manager for operational improvements.
•Maximize the use of storage spaceand racking, inventory and material handling equipment within the warehouse, shipping and receiving areas of the facility.
•Ensure proper procedures are followed to guarantee material is picked or put away safely and efficiently.
•Report discrepancies promptly when discovered to ensure optimal inventory accuracy
•Maintain housekeeping in responsible areas in neat and organized manner
•Follow all FMC safety procedures
•Focus on training to develop skillsnecessary to be an independent material handler
•Required to complete all Material Handling functions as required to meet Departmental goals
•US -High School Diploma or equivalent. International – Qualifying Certificate or equivalent.
•Valid driver’s license
•Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
•Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Exceland Word
•Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
•Demonstrate proficiency of math skills
•Strong interpersonal skills to interface with FMC Technologies personnel.
•Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in verbal and writtencommunication skills.
•Demonstrated Commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
•Must be able and willing to travel
•May not have any active positive discipline records within the past 6 months, or scored a "Needs Improvement" onmost recent performance appraisal
•Must be in compliance with all corporate requirements, such as P-card, HSE, HR, etc
