• Responsible for the members/employees in the SPP group
• Owner of the planning process/tools used within Project
• Responsible for optimizing the planning activity in the Project
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and management of change process
• Ensure that the SPP activity in the project are executed within and according to TechnipFMC rules and regulations, code of conduct and to our customers expectation
• Recognize the impact of variances to scope, cost and schedule risks
• Responsible for follow up progress, preparation of job package, job post meeting and report deviation to the SPM
• Ability to independently establish work tasks in order to successfully meet expectations
• Authority to request personnel adjustment based on the activity in the SPP group (based on input from the SPM and in agreement with the Base operation Manager)
• Authority to report weaknesses in process line to Project Management and the Base Operation Manager per TechnipFMC Quality procedures
• Approve cost for the SPP group per TechnipFMC authority matrix
• Authority to delegate and optimize workforce within the SPP group
• Authority to perform operation adjustment based on input for the SPM(s) and the customer(s)
• Authority to prioritize onshore activity based on criticality of offshore operations

Main Tasks

- Coordinate and update the offshore/onshore forecast within the project
- Ensure quality and timeliness in reporting
- Contact person between the SPP, tool pool group, the ware house and the workshop
- Contact person between the offshore operations and the project
- Attend customer-, planning-, project- and ops meeting when required
- Planning for mobilization of equipment for offshore operations
- Plan the shipping dates of equipment on master equipment lists based on the actual time schedule on ongoing offshore operations
- Attend morning meetings/departure meetings towards ongoing offshore operations
- Prepare invoicing document (when and if required)
- Organise and prepare job package towards workshop and offshore operations
- Report equipment history into SAP typical: log, functional location, service notifications, quality notifications
- Create work orders for the workshop and communicate closely with the workshop Manager and the Warehouse Manager
- Do logistics transactions in SAP and provide necessary transportation/logistics documentation.
- Create and produce Service Orders
- Co-ordination of Quality Notification`s and Observation Card related to offshore activities
- Support and follow up project specific HSE and QA activities
- Constant drive improvement on quality, safety, observation cards, knowledge, professionalism and customer satisfaction


• 3 years Technical/Engineer education.
• Minimum 5 year experience with onshore/offshore planning
• Good knowledge with using SAP
• Good knowledge with Microsoft PC programs (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
• Fluent oral and written English language skills
