Responsibilities

Team Lead MMR
Surface International services:
TechnipFMC Surface International business unit is a leading supplier of drilling, completion and production wellhead systems for onshore and offshore applications. quality programs of the Company
• Create a good atmosphere under all the MMR team members and support the other departments in achieving this
• Responsible for all deliveries within Tool Pool team in Surface Norway
• Managing all tool request and bookings for primarily Norway projects and intercompany FMC.
• Responsible for managing tool bookings and forecast to initiate investment/repair of tools.
• Responsible for creating investment analyses to support investments of new tools
• Follow-up investments and manage scope, costs and time.
• Managing modification scopes for Enginering Change notifications on tools in Tool Pool.
• Managing maintenance plan and repairs for tool pool.
AUTHORITY:
• Authority to request personnel adjustment based on the activity in the SPP group (based on input from the SPM and in agreement with the Base operation Manager) supported by planning versus demand schedules
• Authority to report weaknesses in process line to Project Management and the Base Operation Manager per TechnipFMC Quality procedures
• Approve cost for the MMR group per TechnipFMC authority matrix
• Approve tender documents for the MMR business per TechnipFMC authority matrix
• Authority to delegate and optimize workforce within the MMR group
• Authority to perform operation/priority adjustment based on input for the SPM(s) and the customer(s)
• Authority to prioritize onshore activity based on criticality of offshore operations
• Authority to plan resources and their time against the planning and ad-hoc circumstances

RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITY:
MMR:
• Responsible for MMR activities across the projects
• Responsible for ensuring that all delegated actions are carried out in accordance with the relevant Service Operation Procedures and processes
• Able to work independently on more varied tasks without direct supervision in order to successfully meet internal and external customer expectations.
• Responsible for follow up vendors used for supporting the MMR activity
• Responsible for tendering to internal or external customers of the MMR activity, and prepare and follow up progress of invoicing documents, preparation of job package, job post meeting, inspection reports and report deviation to internal and external customers. (API Q2 compliance)
• Responsible for the financial control and result of orders
• Establish, review and implement working processes/procedures for the MMR activity in order to constantly drive and strive for improvements
• Responsible for the team members/employees in the MMR group
• Owner of the planning process/tools used within the MMR group
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and management of change process
• Ensure that the MMR activity in the project are executed within and according to TechnipFMC rules and regulations, code of conduct and to our customer expectation
• Recognize the impact of variances to scope, cost and schedule risks and control long term planning

Main Tasks


CAPABLE OF FILLING THE FOLLOWING ROLES/MAIN TASKS:
• Ensure that the MMR group’s capability is optimized when it comes to personnel’s, competence and quality
• Tendering of the MMR activity, progress reporting, establish job package, prepare invoicing, report deviation to our customers (when required)
• Ensure quality and timeliness in reporting
• Contact person between the MMR team, tool pool group, the warehouse and the workshop, QA/QC, HSE and financial departments
• Schedule and Attend customer-, planning-, project- and ops meeting when required
• Plan mobilization dates of equipment based on ongoing offshore and internal operations
• Prepare and hold Pre-post meeting with the warehouse/workshop (when required)
• Organise and prepare job package towards the workshop and 3. part suppliers
• Report equipment history into SAP typical: log, functional location, service notifications, quality notifications
• Do logistics transactions in SAP and provide necessary transportation/logistic information to the logistics department.
• Create and produce Service Orders
• Co-ordination of Quality Notification`s and Observation Card
• Support and follow up project specific HSE and QA activities
• Constant drive improvement on quality, safety, observation cards, knowledge, professionalism and customer satisfaction

• Fluent oral and written English/Norwegian language skills
• Have been in leading position before under similar circumstances

REQUIRED FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOW HOW
Recommended formal education:
• Mechanical BSc with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
Required experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience related to surface wellhead equipment
• Financial understanding and experience is an advantage
